4. Our Response Process

• Your identification of the removed material

• PindownX does not host any content - all media is fetched directly from Pinterest's servers
• We can only process requests for publicly available content
• False claims may result in legal liability

7. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
